Baptist Health will be holding free clinics at Second Place on the second Monday of the month from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. with trained professionals available to help. You and your friends, as well as the downtown community, are invited to take part in these services. Screenings and services include: blood pressure screening, blood sugar screening/A1C, body mass index/waist circumference, care coordination, cholesterol screening, community referrals, diabetes education, diabetes risk assessment, health education, tobacco education, and weight management education.
