2BC Responds to Covid-19
2BC has responded in a variety of ways to the Covid-19 crisis. We’ve made over 1200 masks, helped homeless agencies, bought food for those who need it and we’ve opened up Lake Nixon so families can safely be outside. On Easter Sunday, we announced the Here for Hope offering. Twenty-percent of all budget gifts in April and May will go to Covid-19 relief efforts. We want to bless our community and those in need. We are targeting three areas:
-
If you are a Homeless Service Provider, you may apply for a Covid-19 mini-grant HERE.
-
If you are a 2BC church member who has lost a job, been furloughed, seen a reduction in hours, or if you know someone who has, you may apply for you or them HERE.
-
Those in the larger community who are not connected to Second Baptist and who have lost their jobs or been furloughed due to Covid-19 may apply HERE
Please note, Covid-19 relief funds are limited and the Second Baptist leadership is seeking to bless as many organizations and people as possible with our limited funds. If the requester is chosen, we’ll contact you.
